AMVIG Holdings Limited ("AMVIG" or the "Company") (Stock Code: 2300) was established in 1998 and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 26 March 2004.
AMVIG and its subsidiaries (together the "Group") are principally engaged in the printing of high quality cigarette packages and the manufacturing of transfer paper and laser film, which are the major raw materials for cigarette packages. The Company is the leading cigarette packaging printing specialist in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") in terms of turnover, profitability, output and production capacity with market share of approximately 12%. We now have over 2,500 staff in the PRC and Hong Kong.
AMVIG has successfully established itself as a leader in different regions in the PRC, with a scale of 5 cigarette packaging printing plants, 1 laser film manufacturing plant and 1 one-stop plant spreading across different provinces and cities, which attains a broad geographical coverage in Beijing, Dongguan, Hangzhou, Kunming, Nanjing, Qingdao, and Xian.
With our extensive network, AMVIG is able to effectively satisfy the needs of its customers throughout the PRC. The majority of AMVIG's customers are large state-owned cigarette manufacturers in the PRC. The Company has implemented stringent safety and environment protection measures throughout the business operations and has been focusing on promoting strong corporate governance practices in order to achieve the highest standards of transparency.
