Background: Kunming World Grand Colour Printing Company Limited ("Kunming Plant") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMVIG which was acquired 35% in July 2004 and then the remaining equity interest was acquired in June 2006.
Kunming Plant is principally engaged in the printing of high quality cigarette packages in Yunnan Province which was established in 2002. The major customers of Kunming Plant are Hongyun Group and China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Corporation.

Beijing Leigh-Mardon Pacific Packaging Company Limited ("Beijing Plant") is an 83% owned subsidiary of AMVIG which was acquired in February 2006. The remaining 17% equity interest is owned by China National Tobacco Corporation, Beijing Company.
Beijing Plant was established in 1995 and commenced operations in 1996. It specialises in production of high quality cigarette packages. The major customers include Heilongjiang Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd., Xiamen Tobacco Industrial Co., Ltd. and Hebei Baisha Tobacco Co., Ltd..

Qingdao Leigh-Mardon Packaging Company Limited ("Qingdao Plant") is a 60% owned subsidiary of AMVIG which was acquired in February 2006. The remaining equity interest is owned by China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Corporation, Etsong Tobaccco Group's Qingdao Cigarette Plant.
Qingdao Plant was established in 1993 and commenced operations in 1995. It specialises in the production of high quality cigarette packages. The major customer of Qingdao Plant is China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Corporation.

The Dongguan plant is now a "one-stop" shop ("Dongguan One-Stop Plant") with both cigarette packaging printing and manufacturing of transfer paper and laser film all housed in one location. There are three business units in Dongguan One-Stop Plant, namely Dongguan KWG Colour Printing Co., Ltd., Dongguan AMVIG Industries Co., Ltd. and Mattie Hologram Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd.

Established in December 2007, Dongguan KWG Colour Printing Co., Ltd. is a 55% owned subsidiary of AMVIG and is principally engaged in the printing of high quality cigarette packages. Its main focus is to serve the tobacco groups in the southern part of the PRC and the major customer is China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial Corporation.

Dongguan AMVIG Industries Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMVIG. This plant was established in 1998 and previously located in Shenzhen. It was re-located to Dongguan in December 2007 in order to capture the integration benefits of all operation units. It specializes in the manufacturing of transfer paper.
Mattie Hologram Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd
Background:
Mattie Hologram Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMVIG which was established in 2004. It was relocated to Dongguan from Huizhou in April 2008.
Mattie Plant specializes in the manufacturing of holographic films such as PET / OPP laminating film and PET transfer film. It focuses on research and development of anti-counterfeiting, as well as seamless holographic products.

Nanjing Sanlong Packaging Company Limited ("Nanjing Plant") is a 48% owned associate company of AMVIG which was established in 1998. The other remaining equity interest is owned equally by the employee associations of China Tobacco Jiangsu Industrial Corporation, Nanjing Cigarette Factory and Huaiyin Cigarette Factory.
It is principally engaged in the printing of high quality cigarette packages. The major customer is China Tobacco Jiangsu Industrial Corporation.

Hangzhou Weicheng Printing Company ("Hangzhou Plant") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMVIG which was acquired in October 2008.
Hangzhou Plant specializes in production of high quality cigarette packages. The major customer is China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co., Ltd.
